Re-directing website code

I am using the following code to re-direct from one website (no domain name) to another with a domain name:

html> head> META HTTP-EQUIV="refresh" CONTENT="3;URL=click here"> /head>
body>The site has been moved to click here You will be taken there automatically. /body>
/body> /html>

Unfortunately that only works for the basic home address (click here) not the 2,600 pages I had on the site. How does one write the code so that whatever page people go to (like click here ) they get re-directed?
Thanks.

You should use PHP for this.

Google for "PHP redirect" or similar.

That didn't work, presumably as my site is not a PHP site. Anyone else with ideas?

Well that's how you this. With PHP. Unless you want to edit every page to add a JS redirect, which not only is a pain in the backside for you, but will not work for every visitor or search engines.

And it's a pretty poor host that doesn't support PHP scripts.
