re booting up

I seem to have develope a problem when I Swich the computer on, it keeps trying to boot up and when it does come on, I get a error message as follows.

this is the error report I get but if I close it the computer still works o`k the problem occurs when it switch on.
I did not do this until I updated the new version of the AVG free version
can anyone advice me what the cause of the re-booting and what the error message is stating the cause.

If you delete this entire folder the eooors shouls stop

If the error messages started when you upgraded AVG, then it is possible that AVG is thesource of your problem.
