Random rebooting

My pc keeps rebooting at random, now im struggling to find the cause as ive cleaned out the case of dust so as to make sure there isnt a overheating issue, and ive replaced the PSU to rule that out too although 2 faulty PSU's is a possiblity, and ive reinstalled windows from scratch to rule out a software issue but still keeps rebooting at random?
The system is a xp2500 cpu, msi k7n2 mobo, crucial pc3200 ram and your usual hard 160gb maxtor and dvdrw drive, airflow through the case is also good.
One thing I have done which seems to reduce the rebooting is turning down the cpu speed so it's not running as a xp2500 but as a xp1800, and I have reseated the cpu heatsink and fan and replaced with new cooling paste.
Im pulling my hair out plz help
