Random PC crashes while gaming

Sometimes, when I'm playing a demanding game, my Windows 7 Home Premium just randomly shuts down. Some days this happens 3 times throughout the day, some days not at all. No BSOD, nothing, just a sudden black screen and no more sound; I have to hold down the power button to boot it down before starting it up again. At first I thought I was overheating, but even while playing the most demanding games, my i3 3220 runs at a steady 60°C (65°C absolute maximum) and my HD7850 runs at a steady 55°C (58°C absolute maximum). However, I never get these crashes outside of gaming. All drivers are up to date, the PC tower has a reasonable amount of space on each side, and the inside of the case seems relatively clean. I replaced the thermal paste on my CPU less than a year ago.

I really don't think this an overheating issue. Is there anything else that could be causing these crashes?
