Ran a squared, now can't start windows!

A friend recommended that I try a2, I already use avast, adaware, spybot and m/soft antispyware, so wasn't expecting it to find much but it found 20 instances of malware! When it finished running and removed them, a message appeared on the screen saying that

have you managed to make any progress since posting this? you seem to have I think 6 threads all with only the above info on them ; did you delete anything on the scan or can you advise what has happened since? assuming you are able to log in and read this:)
