Hi,

A few years ago I bought a Compaq SR1719/AMD Athlon 64 3400 + SR1719 UK Desk PC
(with original 512MB RAM upgraded to 1012MB).

I want to know if I can upgrade the RAM again - the computer has 3 PCI slots (presumably one still free?).

Is it possible for this "old" PC & where is best place to go to?

Thanks

PCI slots are not for memory, they are for expansion cards like soundcards etc.

Ditto the advice re Crucial; that will tell you what you have and what you can fit.

can be relatively expensive for older memory though.
