RAM speed confusion PC3200 = 200Mhz????

I don't understand. If you click here and take a look this site it states that the PC3200 DDR RAM is tested and verified at 200Mhz and 166Mhz. My PC2100 runs at 266Mhz, now i'm not tech head but i thought as you went up in the range things got faster not SLOWER!!??

please someone, tell me whats going on here, am i wrong or is the website wrong?

As with cpu's fsb, it has to be doubled. So

166Mhz = 333Mhz

200Mhz = 400Mhz

and your own pc2100 is actually 133Mhz

133Mhz = 266Mhz
