My system has 2.2 GHZ processor and 4 GB of RAM but according to the computer's system details, RAM is at 3.24. GB Is there a problem? Or can't the processor register the full RAM capacity?

You appear to be running a 32bit o/s and as such the maximum RAM that can be recognised is 4GB but that has to include system RAM, which includes your graphics card for example.

Thanks all, I'm clear on this now..
XP won't recognise all my RAM. Nothing is amiss that's the main thing..
Apologies for the dupe posting..
