Ram Limit help

I have Core 2 duo E7200 and i dont know if it is 64 bit or 32 bit

and this motherboard that i want to buy has a limit of ram

MotherBoard (I want to buy):

*DDR3 and DDR2 are supported separately.

**Due to the operating system limitation, the actual memory size may be less than 4GB for the reservation for system usage under Windows® XP and Windows® Vista™. For Windows® XP 64-bit and Windows® Vista™ 64-bit with 64-bit CPU, there is no such limitation.

As far as I know the Core 2 duo E7200 is irrelevant in this instance because it will work with both 32 and 64 bit operating systems. If you have XP or Vista Home Premium it is probably 32 bit (Unless you bought a Retail 64 bit version) and the 4 GB limit applies. In practice 3GB is probably the optimum.
