i've currently got 512mg ddr ram but i don't know hat speed its running at. Ive had a look at a few websites but the problem is i havent got the internet on my pc so im using my dad's. therfore it can't check and find out for me. is there any other way to find out?

Other programs to try are SIW and Belarc if that program doesn't give you what you need.

take the ram stick out and post the code here or google it.

It's easy to do, just pull back the white lugs at each end and lift the ram out.

To re-insert, line it up and push down firmly. The lugs will snap upright when the memory is fully in.
