Raid 0 defrag ?

Hi all,

This may be a stoopid question but humour me ok,
iv'e read that on a Raid 0 setup, depending on stripe size that larger files would/may be split between the two drives, would you still need to defrag or even can you ?

Thanks in advance,

Regards Bob

AFAIK, it will still be necessary to defrag.

Hello - all files are split and you defrag the same as any other drive as it is recognised as one drive even though there are two HDs.
