Radeon HD 7770 Graphics Card Gigabyte Sniper G1 A88X Motherboard G Skill 2 x 4GB RAM AMD A10 6800K 4.1 GHz Akasa CPU Fan 500W Coolermaster Power Supply

I have recently built a computer using the specs. listed above. I have encountered an issue that has occurred several times during fairly basic 3D gameplay, whereby the screen will either return to the desktop, with an error message: 'AMD Driver has stopped working and has recovered', or will turn green/black, requiring a reboot.

There is no overheating issue (5 operational fans), the motherboard and graphics drivers are all up to date, and the computer is not overclocked.

Could this be due to a faulty card, or could there be another underlying issue? Any suggestions welcome.

I have googled your problem and it seems fairly common, the answer seems to be corrupt drivers so uninstall the graphics driver and reinstall the latest driver for your card, good luck
