is "digital river" a legit company?

Someone recently posted a link (may have been in W7 forum) to this company, and it seems the post was removed. I assume, therefore that they are not. They provide downloadable images of W7, office, etc. setup files. The reason I am asking is because I noticed they have windows 7 with SP1 integrated available. This would make a clean re-install of W7 much simpler, without the need to download hundreds of updates.

Does anyone know if microsoft provide integrated W7/SP1 image files for download? I believe that "slipstreaming", as I used to do with XP service packs, is very difficult with W7.
