On buying a new computer running Windows XP I bought Quicken 2002 but I am not able to download share prices into my investments or statements etc. from my bank.
I was able to do this successfully on my old Windows 95 computer using Quicken 98. Quicken have not so far been able to help. Is there a compatibility problem ? I have not tried to transfer data from my old computer, starting completely afresh.

I installed Quicken 2002 on my computer running Windows XP Home Edition with no problems.
I can't say about share prices but I regularly download bank statements.
I don't think there can be a compatibility problem.
