Quicken 2002 files to Quicken 2003

I have used Quicken 2002 for years but because it is on my old drive which I have replaced with a new one I wish to run it on the new drive, on which I have installed XP.
Unfortunately I no longer have the program CD. I am, however, able to buy, at very reasonable cost, a Quicken 2003 CD and want to know if I will be able to restore my saved 2002 files into the 2003 version. I presume so but would like a more "expert" opinion.
Thanks

You shouldn't have any problems providing you back up your data from 2002 correctly - either to cd/dvd or USB key.

Thanks, that's what I had hoped for.
