While is the BIOS looking at my fan speeds I noticed that I have "Quick Boot" enabled and "Boot Virus Scan" disabled.

Should these be enabled or disabled?

Quick boot means that it wont do the full memory "counting", so it boots quicker. Most people want quick boot enabled, unless ur checking for dodgy memory etc.
Boot virus scan can be a pain if you have any programs making changes to ur boot sector, but usefull if u happen to catch a virus I suppose - personally I disble it. If u have adequate protection (ie firewall & anti-virus / spyware utils) installed, u should be fine disabeling this
