Question On Microsoft Outlook

Is it possible to automatically forward an e-mail I receive to someone else without me being there? Or to be more precise when I open this e-mail it will go to someone else without me doing anything? Thanks.

Thanks VoG. It cant be done then without adding software to the computer. The reason I say that is because it is a work computer and we are not allowed to add external software to it.

You may be able to set either an 'Out of Office' reply to forward emails to someone else or perhaps setup a Message Rule to do something similar.

Thanks Big Elf. How would I do this?

I do this at work when I'm off - Create a 'rule' and you can decide what you want to do with mail received. There are lots of options - tey using help in outlook to guide you through it.
