Does anyone know of an easy way to convert a quarkxpress document into a MS Word file?

Thanks in advance

1) If woodchip's help doesn't find an answer....AND...

2) It is only one document ...AND....you have a print of it.....

3) The document is only a few pages long...THEN

Scan it, use OCR and paste the result into Word!

I apologise for the screaming obvious, but Quark (unless you are a professional printer, & deep dyed Mac user) is a big expensive pain to PC users. Quark has only a fringe market for Windows systems and is not cooperative to put it gently.

From very limited personal experience it is difficult enough trying to export Word into Quark, the other way must be a nightmare.
