puzzled about sending my newsletter

I am a gilder by profession and have a website where I share my knowledge. Over the past few years I have developed a list of people who want to subscribe to a newsletter I write.

I am puzzled though.

This newsletter is not spam, and the people on the list want the newsletter.

Sending email through outlook express takes ages, but I am wary of using mass email software as I have heard that the ISP does not like that sort of thing.

Can someone tell me how I can send 250 emails automaticaly without offending my ISP?

Thank you

I've not sent quite as many as that, but I've split the total number into 3 smaller batches and my ISP didn't worry - it may be more likely to be seen as a spam problem at the receivers' end. And your choice of subject/title can affect how it is perceived.
