Publisher printing problem

I'm trying to print off a four-page publication from MS Publisher which uses the book-fold template.

Problem is that, though all looks fine in Print Preview, when I print (to an HP Laser Jet 2500L and also an HP Office Jet R45) the document is not central on the paper, so the fold is not in the middle and there is an extra large white edge on one side.

If I save the publication as a jpeg and print that using the Print Wizard, it's better - but some of the quality is lost and it's very fiddly.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Have you got the page size set up properly.

Publisher default page setup is usually set to Letter 8.5 x 11, change it to A4 and all should be OK.

I have struggled with this one too.

You will find the paper size option in Print Setup.

Ah, the old letter/A4 conundrum.

Many thanks, all, that has indeed sorted it.
