Hi
I have a 230w psu at the moment and have it connected to my graphics card (6600gt) which is connected to 2 led fans but when I start my pc the monitor doesn’t work so I disconnected 1 fan and now it works perfect do you think I will need a psu of about 500w.
p.s. I also want to connect 2 front fans, fan control system and leds inside if I have these running off the graphics card will it cause a problem even if I get a psu of about 500w

cheers

A 230w PSU is not big enough to run the card u have and the pc as well, the card alone needs a 300w PSU to have a chance of working properly,so a 500w PSU would be a good idea and u would be able to connect all the things you mentioned to it.

a 480 silent psu from a top brand maker would be perfect. Expect to pay about £50 upwards, these psu's give stability that graphics cards like.
