wife plays jigzone but before completed a window appears with error message
lexplore
this programe has performed an illegal operation and will shut down
if this problem persists contact program vendor
deatils says invalid page fault in module (unknown) at 0000:5000C48b
then another screen comes up with
Micro soft Internet Explorer
there was an internal error and one of the windows you were using will close down
can anyone help resolve this or is it the jigzone site

for specific help you need to post as much info as poss starting with the previous posters question other wise it' a question of how longs a piece of string.

ok just checked the jig site click here and all is ok there

it sounds like you may have to many programmes running in the background

or

it(the computer) could need a little TLC. Have you carried out a defrag recently? if not do so

Also carry out a registry fix. To do this go to start>shutdown>restart in ms-dos

when in dos type scanreg/fix

when the registry has been chekced and fixed click on ok

If you get an error in dos just type "exit"

sorry taken so olong to get back have had major problems with system
have done recent defrag
checked site again tried to open in ms dos mode but system wont let me
iam using win98se
anymore advice would be appreciated

what does it do when you try to go into ms-dos?
