A program for batch operations on photo files

I have recently upgraded to a LCD monitor and all my digital photos previously touched up
for the cathodic-tube screen need to be corrected. All the photos need the same type of
correction, for instance blue has to be set to -13 and red to +3.
Could anyone suggest a simple inexpensive program with which I could do a batch operation,
that is correct all the photos of a directory by correcting one only?
I should be very grateful.

Via email 'Thank you very much, Graham, I checked IrfanView 3.80, you are right.
I had not realized that IrfanView has that
