Profile Problems in Windows XP

I bought a new computer recently using Windows XP. I set up profiles for my family with me as the Administrator. As Administrator, I have all of the functionality of WinXP, as well as Internet Explorer and Outlook Express. I would like all of my family profile users to have access to the Internet on their own profile, but they get messages like: “This computer does not have an internet connection”, or such like.

Is there an easy way to allow Internet access on all profiles on my Windows XP PC??

Right click the start button and
choose "open all users". In here you will see a folder
called programs. Open it and add Internet Explorer.

I tried what you said. I could not find the Internet Exporer icon in the "open all users" Programs field. I then dragged the icon from its area in "Program Files" to the desktop of a profile user. When I clicked on the IE icon I got the same message:... " IE is not installed on your computer....etc."

Any more thoughts?

Mick
