See click here.

If you mean you cannot send using Outlook Express or Thunderbird, please let us know. G

We dont use Outlook Express or Thunderbird, we are using Yahoo as our email provider and Mozilla as our Web Browser. When we try and "send" an email and click on the send button, nothing happens at all. We have noticed that Yahoo have changed the layout of their email compose page. Would this have any effect on using Mozilla as our browser??

If you've got another browser installed, try using that. If it works, then it means that the site probably doesn't work with Mozilla. For example, Windows Update only works with Internet Explorer (at least in my experience).

Failing that, delete your cache and cookies, log in again and see if it works this time.

"Windows Update only works with Internet Explorer " and Avant.Presumably as Avant runs on IE core.

Thanks for the advice, and yes we can "send" our Yahoo emails using Internet Explorer. However, Mozilla will still not "send" them even though we have been using this method for two years. Is there anything in Mozilla or Yahoo we can change to let us continue using them as we don't want to go back to Internet Explorer. Thanks for your help.

In the last week I got same problem. Have been Mozilla/ yahoo for over four years, never a problem.

Have you noticed the new screen on 'compose'? Font sizing, emotions, etc. are now available that previously were not with Mozilla.

Yahoo did an upgrade and blew it. Trying to get a hold of yahoo techs not easy. Someone will, too many Mozillas out there.

It should be just a matter of time (he said crossing fingers...)

Thanks to Doublewood and everybody else who responded to our message. Yes, we have since learned that Yahoo! have changed their email settings and we too hope that Yahoo! will do something about this soon.
