On odd occassions like everyone i have to re-start my pc for various reasons, loading software, downloading updates from Microsoft updates etc. When pc is re-booted it hangs and i have to -manually re-start it ,several times on occassions, then pc is up an running ok.Then i checked System Config Utility and noticed under System Start up 2 boxes ticked namely ,PCCIOMON.EXE and LoadPower Profile and noticed further down the list 2 more boxes ticked with exactly the same thing. The details on the right hand are exactly the same. Are these duplicates and can i uncheck the other 2?Please advise anybody

Hi,
There is a disc called 'MSCONIG Sorted' and it deletes any unwanted item from the System Config Utility. You can buy it from Dell.com for around £4.99.

Many Thanks

Pete
