Please do not email directly unless invited to do so...read forum rules.

If you are using web-based email such as Hotmail then you should be able to log into your account.

You may have to enable cookies.

MONZILLA
1. In monzilla, click on tools then option
2. Select the privacy option and place a 'tick' in the box to accept cookies.

IE7

1. Tools - Options - Privacy and again choose the option to accept cookies.

Post back here if problems

Hi still same problems!!!

If you have enabled cookies and still can't log on for email I think that -
Your bios clock is not set to the right time / date / year
and ditto for Windows Clock. (they are seperate things)

Hi lotvic, if u think this is the case.....any suggestions pls, i really MUST get this sorted asap!!!

it is important, to those trying to help you, for you to post on here exactly what you have tried after each suggestion and what the result was.

I presume you have checked in the Privacy Tabs in your browsers that you have not blocked either website - Yahoo and Hotmail
Tools / Options / Privacy
Expand the "Cookies" options and verify that the "Allow sites to set cookies" option is checked, and that there are no websites in the "Exceptions" module.

I also presume that you have checked that your Firewall is not blocking access.

To check the Windows clock (in the System Tray bottom right of your desktop) right click on it and click on Adjust Date/Time.

To check the Bios clock shut down your computer and then restart When you first turn your Computer On you should see how to get into Bios Setup, usually you have to press the Delete Key at the first screen (white writing on Black screen) Then on the Blue bios setup screen, First Screen there is a setting for Date, Time and Year.
