a Question - Is this continuous or only happened between 0500 & 0700 in morning
if latter the servers have been on & off for periods during the last few days. - sometimes messages sometimes not.

Quite a few times lately hotmail and yahoo have been very slow, yahoo has even timed out a few times. just due to heavy traffic, or a leaf on the line ;-)

Click on the link. Then click on the first link on the next page under "I Have a question about changing my MTU..etc......" You can change your mtu speed. Just follow the instructions. I had the same problem and found this works perfect and does not cause any problems. Just make sure you read all about registry changes b4 you do so.
