Problems With Email

Following the delivery of my New Pc, I connected to the NTL broadband service but I cannot get my Outlook Express email to either send or receive since I added the following.

The security software that I have installed is the Norton anti-virus 2003 also the free firewall download from Zone Alarm.

I have spoken to NTL to check that my account set POP3 and STMP addresses etc and they are correct, they say it something to with one of the above which stopping my email account from working.

I have changed the settings in both but nothing seems to making a difference.

Any ideas what else I can do or come across this same problem.

If your pop3 and smtp addresses are correct then the issue lies within your firewall. Check the settings and con-fig of the firewall that access is allowed.
