put all four IDE channels to auto i.e.
IDE Channel 0 Master None to auto
IDE Channel 0 Slave None to auto
IDE Channel 1 Master None to auto
IDE Channel 1 Slave None to auto
One of these will be the optical drive with the operating system disk. it will not start the installation if these are disabled.
leave SATA channels 2,3 and 4 to none.
See if that starts the windows installation.
