PROBLEMS ACTIVATING OFFICE AFTER RECOVERY DISK USE

Can anyone help me? My MESH computer had been crashing, so I used the Recovery disk provided (at their suggestion). Afterwards, I can't get access to my previous documents (I think the folder's there, but it's empty). The worst problem is that I can't get Microsoft Office to activate. It's still in the program list, but when I click on the applications to activate them, I get a message telling me I need the original installation disk for office. I haven't got this, as my PC came pre-loaded with the software. Any help gratefully received!

If you have used a system recovery disc, all docs/files/pics as will your programs.. etc will be lost as you have reset the pc to factory settings.

MS office, you may if lucky be issued with another from MESH if you contact them, but i wouldnt hold my breath, sorry.

Hope this helps.

You could try this:

Run Belarc click here

Scroll through the report and look for Software Licenses, look for MS Office if it exists.
