Problem with XP user accounts

I have recently bought a PC. it has XP pro installed. I am trying to set up user accounts with me as admin. and the others as "limited" - passwords have been assigned to all. It is important to all that they have their privacy of data. After the accounts were set-up I used windows exp to prove the privacy of everybodys "My Docs", regardless of who was logged in, each could still access the others docs. I have tried highlighting the My Docs and then "File" and "properties" "sharing" and find that the "make my files private" is greyed out, and thus can't be applied. Can anyone assist me resolve this issue please?
