problem when printing received emails

A chum has an old HP laser printer that works fine, It prints stuff in word, lotus etc without any problems.

But when he tries to print an incoming Email, it misses the beginning and end of each line almost like a margin problem.

Have checked all the printer settings and cant see a problem.

Is there a part of Outlook Express that controls page setup or similar?

Cheers

When you click print you can go into the options and check what size the page is set to.

Also, sometimes you can get gobbledygook when temporary internet files needs clearing out.

Might be best to print in landscape.

he could always use Select all, (ctrl A) then edit, Copy.
Open a blank Word page and Paste. Print from that.
this has added benefit of being able to leave out the To/from lines and so make it use less paper.

Copy & paste is safest. Paste it in Word or Notepad, whatever. Then back it up and you will have it for ever. Print from there.

The size of the font in Outlook Express when printing E-mails is governed by the size of the font (or view) chosen in Internet Explorer.
Go into IE, select VIEW, TEXT SIZE and alter accordingly (try smallest).
