Hey - a little problem when I keep logging on. Ever since I moved my PC to thistoom a dialog comes up when I log on saying:

Title: RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal SystemDLLRelocating

Message: The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occured because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

Then it gives you a choice to click on OK. SO what does this mean, and what the heck is DLL???
