hello Lev, Is this a new connection?

Hi Lev. I live in France too [Tiscali ISP]. My first ISP here was Wanadoo and it was a real pain in the butt to set up. To get it going I had to keep running the installation disc over. Have you checked to see if your location is OK to receive the speed you want because believe it or not there are still large area's of France unable to receive internet at all!!!

Enter regedit--ok
Scrol down to WinSock.
Highlight and delete this. Do same for Winsock2
Close and exit system registry

Goto start control panel-->right click your connection then properties.
Delete TCP/IP

NOW RESTART Goto start control panel-->right click your connection then properties.
cLICK Install, highlight protocall then add. You might be asked to restart.
