I recently had to replace one of my Sata 2 Hard Drive via Overclockers because it was failing due to the old "Clunk Clunk" Noise, Rma back to OverClockers it went, recieved my replacement, but its giving me grief.. I restored my Image from Acronis TI which was fine I hoped, so just for thoughts I ran the latest PC Check Diag Tool, and ran both tests on this hard drive it picked up 6 Bad Sectors so I reformated the drive and recopyed the files onto the drive but now i'm stuck when I goto Copy the files I get this:

Cannot Copy .... Data Error (Cyclic redundancy

What is the best option to take?

You can download diagnostic software from the manufactures websites

As I stated PC Check is a Top Diagnostic Program which I used to test the harddrive but I will look at the diagnostic tool to confirm further.

It looks like the Hard Drive has gone to Heaven so I've contacted Overclockers for a different replacement.

Always best to use the manufacture own software then there is no argument with the result.
