problem with packard bell boot disks

hi all my computer crashed a week ago so i had to totally restore windows using the 5 boot disks the problem i am having is my computer disks are for use with packard bell only, i can get so far with boot disks but it sticks at 92% on skype so does not fully finish the installation i have managed to get onto my computer but the size of my hdc drive before crash was 149gb now only 30gb i dont use skype and never will is there anyway i can overide the installation of skype to finish my boot properly.hope this makes sense.

Don't you have a PBell computer then? If you do, how is that a problem? If you don't then I presume you shouldn't be using them.

Which operating system is this please?How have you managed to get onto your computer if you haven't completed a new installation?
