When I choose send/receive in my outlook programme, I keep getting a window come up which askes me to "enter network password" when I press cancel it wont give me my e-mails and just keeps popping up, this has appeared all of a sudden a week or so ago, how can I get rid of it......I am running xp home.....Thanks

...could it be that your ISP has changed their authentication settings?

I'm assuming you are using pop3 settings to download email into outlook from your ISP?

..maybe even log a call with them. You could even re-setup outlook for their pop3 etc. servers which should be in their instructions.
