Problem with Orange Livebox

I've been having some problems with the Orange Livebox for the past two days. I have one computer using wireless and another computer which is networked to the wireless one, using a ethernet cable to connect to the livebox.

It was working fine until last night in which the wired computer stopped connecting to the internet and reported a "Limited or no Connectivity" problem.

I assume that the livebox didn't give an ip address since it has a 169 address instead of a 192 address like the wireless computer.

I've tried changed the cable to see if there was something wrong with the cable but it's all fine, I tried manually changing the ip adress, doing so changed my status to connected however only sent out packets and didn't recieve them.

I'm really stumped and can't figure out the next step, I would love some help on this.

A 169 address suggests the computer can't find the Livebox as it's a DHCP server.
Control Panel/Local Network Connection, click Repair.
