Problem with no room to write dvd to hard drive

I am trying to put two 40 minute programmes onto a 4.7 dvd disc. If I can create a VTS file I can shrink it with DVDshrink to fit the 4.7.
If I try to write to a dvd disc it says that it will not go onto a 4.7 dvd, now if I try to write it to a folder it says there is not enough room on my hard drive. If I save it to an ISO it splits the video and audio in to a Wav file and a video file.
Can anyone tell me how to combine these to files into a VTS for writing to a dvd or how to tell Adobe Prem Pro 2.0 that a 300gig hard drive has enough room on it to write 5gig to.

Is your drive formatted to FAT32? If it is, convert it to NTFS and you will probably solve the problem click here
