Hello

I have been having problems with my Kodak easy share system.

In device manager the camera is listed as being an unknown device, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the camera but it still remains as an unknown device.

When I click properties I am told no driver is installed, yet when I go through the driver wizard I am told a better match cannot be found.

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Richard

Oh yes, I forgot to add.

I am getting a warning pop up that says:

USB Device Not Recognised

One of the USB devices has malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it.

This thread seems to be related SD card problems

Hello

My operating system is:

OS Version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Service Pack 3, 32 bit Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.60GHz

This is indeed related to the thread concerning the problems I was having with my SD card reader, but as no one could shed light on the problem I started trying to get the camera dock working.

When I try to go through the scanner/camera wizard my model of camera is not listed, there are only three kodak cameras listed, none of them mine.

Is there a way of updating this list of cameras?

Thank you

Richard

Might be worth trying to get help here: kodak live Chat

Live chat was useless I gave up waiting for a reply after 15 minutes.
