problem with firefox

I cant get into firefox. it comes up briefly and then says there is a problem and then something called Netscape Quality feedback comes up and asks me to continue. Is this safe? and is it anything to do with firefox.

If it still doesn't work after re-installing Firefox it might be a problem with your profile folder becoming corrupt. You may have to delete the folder and re-install Firefox which will then create another profile folder. This link click here shows the location of the profile folder and how to manage it. Be aware that by deleting the profile folder you will loose your bookmarks, so you will have to go to the location of the profile folder and save the bookmarks.html file somewhere else until you've re-installed Firefox, also you will have to re-install any extension that you have previously installed.
