Problem booting following tune -up clean

  Paul-269846 08:20 23 Aug 05

I performed a thorough clean of my system with Tune-up Utilities which I have used previously with no problems. Now my system will start normally but when it gets to the log-in screen it reboots. It will do this repeatedly and never allows me to actually login.

As always, help is gratefully received.

When the computer initially starts, Press F8 until you get to the boot options. Select Safe mode.

Now go to system restore and go back to a time when the system was stable
