click here To probe all your ports. I use Norton 2003 and all my ports are stealth. Especially port 135. Protect yourself now from this blaster Worm.

Thanks for the links, always nice to know my PC isn't open to all! I find Norton's Security Check (click here) quite comprehensive as well, stumbled upon it about a month ago.

Cheers,

What amazed me about your link (I know its not your fault) is that everything on my PC was ticked safe, EXCEPT...'No known antivirus software installed' next to an advertisement for their own version. They have got to be joking! Or trying to panic new users into buying their own AV application. If not, then their check needs some serious updating, if my AV prog is not 'known' to them. Just Hype!!!

Cheers anyway, Whiz...

Ohh right, that is strange. I know they have to plug their own software - but I didn't see a message about having no AV software. Mind You - I do use NAV2003!

Cheers!

NAV but for some reason it caused too many conflicts, I've used AVG for over a year now with no probs (and, touch wood, no infections). Cant see how Symantec classes it as 'not known', still a handy link though. Whiz...
