Privacy Controls software - is it worth it?

As a current user of ParetoLogic RegCure which I find works really well, I'm considering using their Privacy Controls software which erases all data related to internet activity such as history of websites visited, tracking cookies, and confidential information such as passwords, ID's, and banking and credit card information.

Has anyone used it or can recommend it? I already have a security system - Zone Alarm - but this claims to be much more thorough! Is it worth me purchasing it? Thanks
