Printing what you see on the screen

I want to print the title bar, menu bar,formula bar all what you see on the monitor the program i am using is microsoft excel.

You can copy the screen and print inmto Word, Works, notepad, Excel etc. Whewn you have the screen you want, press the ALT & Prt Scr ( Print Screen ) at the same time. This will save the screen. Then open up Word, or whatever you use as a word processor and the press ALT & V keys. This will paste a copy onto your word proceesor. You can then resize by left clicking the mouse and dragging the picture out or down to taste ! You will see little vblack bars on each of the dges of the screen shot, drag these with the mouse. Hope this helps.

PS..You can also paste in Excel if you wish. Then just print by selecting the Print option.
