Printing web pages as they appear

  ray27 18:32 04 Jul 03

When I print pages from the web I seem to miss out a lot of the right hand text .

The web page looks OK on the screen but in the print preview window it appears too far to the right.

How can I get web pages to print out so that I can read all the text?
Many thanks Ray

with IE open click file\page setup, then reduce left and right margin down to 6mm.

i found this helps.

Drag over the text / pictures that you want, right-click and copy.

Open Word, right-click and Paste, print from Word. That way, you only print the info you want (without adverts, etc).

If you click "View" in top toolbar of IE window(above the buttons), then select "Text Size" from the option box. A new box will appear giving different sizes of setting. Select the "Smallest" and you may also have to set-up your printer margins to almost zero (0mm).
Check your print preview first, having set the above options.
It works for me.

Thanks everyone for your help
I tried Jazzypop's method , as it seemed the easiest, and it worked a treat.
Many thanks once again
