Printing received document of fonts not installed

Working in Word 2002.

I want to create a document and send it to another guy via email. He does not have one of the fonts I want to use. What can I/he do in Word 2002 to enable him to print the document as I send it without him having to install the font?

Why not just convert the version that you send him to Times New Roman, Arial or whatever?

.

If you "embed" the True Type fonts in the document that you are emailing to your friend he will not need to have them installed. I am using Word 97, but I would imagine that the procedure is similar for Word 2002. In Word go to the "Tools" pull down menu and select "Options" then the "Save" tab. Put a tick in the box by "Embed True Type fonts".

Of course, once you have followed the procedure described above you will need to click the OK button and then save the document.
