Printing .pdf Files?

  BLUELEN 08:23 28 May 04

When trying to print .pdf documents using acrobat reader the files print out indecipherable. The printer is on a network in work. Any suggestions on why this is please? Thanks

What OS and what version of Acrobat reader? It may be necessary to update the latter, especially if the files were created by an later version...

The OS is windows NT and the Adobe appears to be version4. My computer and printer are both on the works network.

It is quite likely that you have an old version of Acrobat reader so you may want to update that. Unfortunatly for you, this may not be possible because of restrictions within the 'work' system.

It could also be that there is a problem with the printer not having the ability to print the phones the PDF has in it. Is it just one PDF you are having a problem with or all PDFs?

Having trouble with all .pdf's. A colleague on another group can print them no problem. He has same OS bur different printer. Do you think problem is with printer setup?
