Printing Labels and Letters

I am having problems printing labels and letters to a Network Printer. I am using office 2000 on an XP laptop and the printer is a HP LaserJet 5000n series. What normally happens is that when I want to print labels or a letter the printer goes to manual feed but now the printer has stopped going on manual feed for me but other people near me who are using PC's are still getting manual feed. Any ideas how I can resolve this problem would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Wessie. It's amost certainly the printer defaults as set up on each network pc. Open Start-->Printers and Faxes and right-click the printer. Select Properties.

Where you go next depends on the printer, but it's probably something like "Printing Preferences" then "Paper Source" (and maybe "Paper Size".
